POSITION DETAILS:

Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6-months contract (Possible extension/conversion)

Location: 100% Remote

About the role:

The project manager will be responsible for creating project plans and related resource plans and present to leadership. Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project's scope. Develop key messages and communicate around project updates to leader. Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants. May be asked to assist in the development of learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Digital & Analytics Manager with PPMD Talent tool, Admissions Process Tool (APT).
• Coordinate with the Talent process owners to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in preparation, design and testing workshops.
• Project issue tracking and escalation and coordinating with Talent, Deloitte Technology US team members as appropriate and understanding when to escalate and to whom.
• Prepare for stakeholder meetings by updating status reports with risks, actions and decisions log.
• Leverage team sites to ensure structure and access to communications, materials and documents for all project team members.
• Support user acceptance testing process, including reviewing test materials, identifying and tracking tester resources and test completion status, reporting and reviewing testing results with the project team.
• Assist with hyper care support by leading office hours, identifying trends in support tickets and escalating as appropriate.
• Assist Manager with change control process, governance, and release management and testing.
• Facilitate stakeholder calls related to project status updates, enhancement request discussions and issue resolution.
• Develop support documentation for end users, admins and the global contact center (GCC).

Minimum Requirement:

• 10 years' experience with talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions.
• Experience as a data architect or technical process flow engineer, preferred.
• Ability to translate functional requirements and identify, with subject matter expert support, dependencies, and downstream implications of new technologies.
• Proven experience of documenting workflow and system integrations in order to make recommendations for streamlined future-state - keeping user experience and on-going management at the forefront of design.
• Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience as a data architect or technical process flow engineer, preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional team in a professional services environment.
