About The Role
As a Project Manager at The Tower, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing video production projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, team coordination, and ensuring successful project outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
* Lead the planning, execution, and completion of video production projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
* Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate project team activities and monitor project progress.
Client Communication:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage client expectations.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Address client feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Make recommendations for resource adjustments as needed.
Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
* Conduct quality assessments and make necessary improvements.
* Uphold project management best practices and standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
* Prepare regular reports on project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
* Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and a positive team environment.
* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in video production or a related industry.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
