SharePoint Program/Project Manager​ to support our client in lift and shift project.

Location: New York City, Hybrid (In office M-W, remote T/F) Some night/weekend work required for migrations

Duration: 10 Months

Responsibilities:

Would prefer candidates who have organizational change management experience

Project: Migrating the Operations team's files from network drives to SharePoint. This is a “lift and shift” project, and some of these libraries may be in the >1 TB range. There will be some change resistance, but there are solid benefits. Team has previously performed many of these migrations in the past with our Investing team and will have a playbook to follow, as well as most of the training and comms templates already created.

Business Facing Program Manager

• This role would need to be local to NYC, though on a hybrid in-office schedule (usually M-W, remote T/F.) During the actual migrations, there is some night/weekend work as we try to perform these migrations at the least impacting time. This role will be an extension of our current team, and we want to bring them on now so that they can sit with us during the interview processes, get to know the resources and be fully onboarded before the migration work begins. Our focus is primarily on user experience vs. timelines, so a high EQ is a plus.

• Based on the outcome of the interviews, the PM would develop the overall schedule of migrations, taking into account the dependencies.

• This role would manage a 3rd party vendor (3PV) in completing the migrations as well.
