Overview: We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our companies data strategy and business objectives This role will ensure data integrity and compliance while driving data-driven decision-making across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor information systems policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Manage the development, implementation, and operation of information systems for the organization.
- Analyze and design system enhancements to meet user needs while ensuring scalability.
- Develop project plans, communicate goals, manage risks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure systems meet design standards and performance requirements.
- Provide regular project status reports and additional documentation as necessary.
- Facilitate project transitions between teams and phases.
- Develop specifications for system improvements and new projects.
- Advise on new technologies and associated costs.
- Create comprehensive system documentation and operational guidelines.
- Champion a customer-centric and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum five years of IT experience.
- Proficiency in current technology solutions, including hardware, software, and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and design effective workflows.
- Problem-solving expertise, including the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and work well in team settings.
- Project management proficiency, from planning to execution and communication.
