**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled transportation professionals to join our team. The Customer Service Represenative (CSR) / Dispatch personnel will be responsible for managing shipments and ensuring the efficient transportation of goods for our clients.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate and manage shipments from start to finish

- Perform the track and trace function and coordinate with clients and drivers

- Negotiate rates with carriers to secure the best terms for clients

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients

- Utilize transportation planning to optimize routes and reduce costs

- Manage load recoveries when necessary

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in dispatching, inside sales, or account management within the transportation industry

- Strong negotiation skills to secure success with drivers and carriers

- Knowledge of transportation planning to streamline operations

- Knowledge of expedite transportation a plus

- Knowledge of Sylectus TMS a plus
