V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a PMO Project Manager 2 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia .

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications "

• Active PMP certification.

Education and Experience "

• Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams: 5 Years.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in using MS project: 5 Years.
• Advanced knowledge of using PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards: 8 Years.
• Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects: 5 Years.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software: 2 Years.

Highly desired:

• Experience of working in Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Full Project Lifecycle - Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
• Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
• Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
• Create presentations, dashboards, workflows and user stories as needed.
• Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
• Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
• Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
