Education and Experience "

• Elicitation/Documentation/Analysis/Tracking: 4 Years.
• Systems/Integration/UAT Testing - including planning, execution, resolution, reporting: 4 Years.
• Problem Resolution/Critical Thinking: 4 Years.
• Excellent Verbal/Written communication: 4 Years.
• Large System Implementation: 3 Years
• Process Engineering/Analysis: 4 Years.
• MS Office/365 Experience: 4 Years.
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall Methodology: 4 Years.
• Highly desired:
• Health System Experience: 3 Years.
• Experience with VITA project standards/requirements: 2 Years.
• Leading Workgroups: 3 Years.
• Defining Schedules/Milestones/Metrics: 3 Years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Implements downtime readiness procedures and internal reporting regarding system response time and internal reporting regarding system response time and service level agreements for connectivity and operational effectiveness of Health IT.
• Contributes to project/program implementation, infrastructure, system architecture, planning, project initiation, business analysis, requirements definition, systems design, systems development, system testing, systems implementation, on-going maintenance and enhancement, effective problem identification and resolution, production service and support, and systems administration support tasks to ensure computer applications will assist DOC in achieving its day-to-day mission.
• Provides business analysis on clinical processes, workflows and related artifacts.
• Ensures compliance with the VITA project management standards and procedures for development, enhancement, and deployment of applications developed or procured by Health IT/CTSU to deliver services that satisfy user requirements and Health IT/CTSU.
