UYL Color Supply - Fondren (West Houston) is Hiring a Retail Store Manager Near Houston, TX
- Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and supervise sales associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to meet customer needs.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available for customers and that overstock is minimized.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed and that staff adhere to them.
- Monitor store performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and other data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the paint or home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage inventory levels and minimize overstock.
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to retail operations.
