Natural Pawz, a leading pet retail store, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, leading a team of dedicated associates, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Management: Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
2. Customer Assistance: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assist customers with enthusiasm, providing expert guidance on pet products, nutrition, and care.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the wide range of pet care products offered by Natural Pawz, including their benefits, ingredients, and usage. Participate in trainings offered to increase product knowledge.
4. Sales Support: Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets and make product recommendations. Keep up to date with available promotions and frequent buyer offers.
5. Grooming: Oversee the grooming department, ensuring high standards of pet care and customer satisfaction.
6. Point of Sale Transactions: Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain a balanced cash register.
7. Merchandising: Ensure products are neatly organized on shelves, assist with restocking, and contribute to maintaining an appealing and well-organized store appearance. Implement creative sales-boosting merchandising strategies to drive revenue and optimize the store's visual appeal and product placement.
8. Store Cleanliness: Oversee and ensure the maintenance of a clean and tidy store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
9. Team Collaboration: Manage and lead a team of enthusiastic pet-loving associates. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in retail store management, with a successful track record of achieving sales goals.
2. Preferred: Previous experience in pet retail store management.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Passion for pets and a genuine interest in promoting their well-being.
7. Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
