Ice Distributor is Hiring a Retail Store Manager Near Houston, TX
We have an Ice Retail Location that needs a Retail Store Manager. We currently have one manager here we need to supplement with an experienced retail manager that feels comfortable managing inventory, people, and willing to learn a unique operation very quickly.
The pay starts out at 15 an hour, and could potentially increase depending on experience, background and the fit of the candidate. After 60 Days we offer BCBS health, dental, and vision programs, where the company covers 55% of premiums for you and your immediate family members. After a year we have a 401K program with a generous match and PTO days that increase with experience. We have a generous bonus program for our employees and offer ways to advance internally and pride ourselves in treating our employees well.
This manager will need to have strong communication abilities, be very detail orientated, and comfortable growing into our inventory Czar.
At this location, we sell dry ice, shaved ice, block ice, snow cone supplies and shot blocks in addition to our regular bag ice. The hours are excellent as far as retail goes, with 8-5 Monday- Thursday, 8-6 Friday - Saturday, and 8-4 on Sunday. This role would have a 40 hour work week with the ability for overtime if deemed necessary.
