Work Schedule:

This is a part-time, 30% FTE, daytime position. Monday - Friday, hours negotiable, must work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Hours may vary based on department needs.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:

• Provide clerical support to Surgical Pathology.
• Assist with scanning, filing, mailing, and printing documents.
• Prepare form letters and correspondence.
• Performs basic data entry into applicable systems.
• Order supplies, materials, services, and/or equipment.

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

Preferred - One year of experience in an administrative support role
