POSITION SUMMARY: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on major equipment and general building and grounds maintenance within the System. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System Incentives. Performs major repairs per department competencies. |
EDUCATION/TRAINING: At least five years experience in all facets of building maintenance in a maintenance environment preferred. In lieu of work experience formal technical training in building maintenance, machine maintenance, AC/DC electrical systems, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, or successful completion of building maintenance Apprenticeship will be considered. |
