POSITION SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Business Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining a high performing, highly compliant, pharmacy technician training and operations program. The incumbent’s main focus will be conducting audits and assuring the ongoing success of all pharmacy technician training and operational programs. The incumbent may be asked to participate in the development of policies and procedures, education to internal stakeholders, program changes, program and optimization projects. The Pharmacy Business Operations Specialist is responsible for actively supervising the pharmacy technician personnel with the administration and oversight of pharmacy technician services at UWNI. The incumbent will perform personnel management activities of pharmacy technicians, coordinate department operations and services, lead customer service and performance improvement initiatives. |
