POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises clinical and clerical support staff in assigned area of responsibility. Assists in overseeing unit budget and operations ensuring quality patient care and cost-effectiveness. Assists Operational Manager in the implementation of clinic strategic goals. Assists Operational Manager with employee performance issues and conducts performance evaluations in conjunction with Operations Manager. As needed, provides clinical care. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental and divisional nursing philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System initiatives. |
