JOB TITLE: 

Housing Landscape and Maintenance 

JOB PURPOSE: 

Summer position to provide lawn care, landscaping, and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mowing & Trimming
• Watering; sprinkler repair
• Grounds cleanup; painting
• Minor maintenance around apartments
• Use of Utility vehicles

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience, minor home repair maintenance
