JOB TITLE: 

Campus Recreation Business Office Staff

JOB PURPOSE: 

The Campus Recreation Business Office Student Staff are the first faces people see when they enter the gym. This position is a customer service centric position that is the first line of contact for all patrons entering the facility. This position manages all sales, answers questions - in-person and via phone, as well as facility access.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet and welcome every person that enters Half Acre Gymnasium

· Process daily sales made with credit card, cash, and check

· Oversee facility access to ensure only allowable people are allowed to use the gym

· Manage the front desk phone and be able to answer and/or direct calls throughout the gym

· Track and manage lost-and-found items

· Help open and close front desk station of the gym

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:  

Other projects as assigned.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current University of Wyoming Student

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

Previous Customer Service Experience

Previous Point of Sale Experience
