Job Summary
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a professional, proactive, and positive individual to join our team in the position of Senior Administrative Assistant II. This position will work closely with the Division’s Lead Administrator to ensure the administrative operations within the division are efficient and met with a keen sense of business acumen. As a valued team member, you are responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the division’s faculty members, medical directors, and research personnel. This includes, calendar management, coordinating travel and processing expenses, supply orders, assist in preparing presentation(s) including hosting virtual and in-person conferences/meetings, serving as the division time editor, managing faculty clinical schedules, and other duties as assigned.
