Specialist - Audiologist

The Department of Otolaryngology-HNS in the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is searching for an Academic Comprehensive Audiology faculty position to join a growing and dynamic academic program.

This position will allow for diagnostic hearing evaluations and amplification management.

Formal training in Audiology from an accredited university or program (AuD or Ph.D.) and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

The position is based at the Medical Arts and Research Center with anticipated future locations as the department grows. The faculty member would function as part of a comprehensive academic Otolaryngology-HNS department with opportunities to impact residents, audiology students, and medical students' education. The residency program is fully accredited for 10 residents. The practice is part of the UT Health Physicians Faculty Practice Plan.
