Qualifications :

• Must have CDL A and 21 years or older.
• Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from 54 - 60 CPM depending on route and experience.
• Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
