USUI International is Hiring an Office Coordinator | Ohio Plants Near Sharonville, OH

Office Coordinator
SUMMARY
  • The office coordinator position is an entry level job. This person will support the Sharonville and West Chester plants and responsibilities will include: greeting guests, coordinate meetings, visits and events with professional staff and guests. It will also include ensuring that office and breakroom supplies are ordered and stocked timely. Facilitate rental vehicle scheduling for staff trips and maintain the pool car schedule. There will be some local travel/driving between plants (10 minutes apart).
  • They will also support the Human Resources department and facilitate intake and new temporary production employees. Perform other administrative tasks involving HR and basic data entry functions using Microsoft Office software and the Plex ERP system.
  • The ideal candidate will be diligent, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and able to ready to learn new functions as they grow in their position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.)
  • Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons
  • Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail and faxes
  • Prepare outgoing mail, faxes and packages
  • Facilitate office meetings and events including catering
  • Assist with local or out of town travel arrangements for staff
  • Maintain clean and tidy public office spaces (Conference Spaces, Printer/Mail Room, Supply Closets, Breakroom, Lobby)
    • Label and organize staff in/out board and mailboxes
    • Maintain 4S standards
  • Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed
  • Track orders and maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist Human Resources with intake and assignment of temporary production employees
    • Create and configure employee profile in Plex
    • Assign Time Clocks and New Hire Dojo Training
  • Provide adhoc assistance to production, quality, project, manufacturing and other departments as needed.
  • Located at the Sharonville Plant and will support the West Chester plant remotely with some travel between locations.
  • All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Reliable, have excellent attendance and customer service skills
  • Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and ERP Experience a plus
  • Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.)
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks, stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities
  • Valid driver’s license required
