You Are:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the specified timelines and budget. This role involves coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality IT solutions. The Project Manager will work onsite, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals.

The Opportunity:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Define project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their expectations are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Report on budget status to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions by implementing quality assurance processes.
• Conduct project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to the relevant parties.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.
• Ensure documentation is accessible to the project team and stakeholders.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with IT systems, software development, and infrastructure projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $92,000-$138,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
