Project Manager

Job Duties

• Ability to manage 15 projects at a time ranging in size from $10K to $2M
• Ability to manage 2-20 Technicians across multiple projects and customers in coordination with multiple project managers.
• Strong oral, written, and listening skills.
• Strong team player supporting field staff and office personnel.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the specified job description when needed (team player).
• Strong relationship building skills with technicians, customers, and other trades.
• Ability to understand floor plans and wiring schematics.
• Ability to address challenging situations with customers and technicians to a favorable outcome for all parties.
• Must be flexible to work early, late, or on the job site as required to support customers and technicians.
• Limited out of town travel requirements or as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Experience with Blue Beam a plus)
• Managing all financial aspects of projects from inception to completion (I.E. purchasing of materials through final billing and close out documentation)

Job Requirements

• 5 years project management experience on Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video surveillance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Experience with Blue Beam a plus)

Salary Range

$75,000 - $95,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
