OASIS Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Manager with Hospital experience to join our team!
The Human Resources Manager position will report directly to the Chief Executive/Financial Officer and will be a member of the hospital’s leadership team. The HRM will be responsible for the entire operation of the Human Resources Department. This position will guide and lead the human resources function and shall provide leadership and management consistent with mission, values, strategic objectives, and goals in all human resource areas including employment and employment law, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation, human resource information system and records, and legal compliance.

Salary Min-$80,000 Mid-$90,000
