OASIS Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Manager with Hospital experience to join our team! 

The Human Resources Manager position will report directly to the Chief Executive/Financial Officer and will be a member of the hospital’s leadership team. The HRM will be responsible for the entire operation of the Human Resources Department. This position will guide and lead the human resources function and shall provide leadership and management consistent with mission, values, strategic objectives, and goals in all human resource areas including employment and employment law, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation, human resource information system and records, and legal compliance.

Overview of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads the management and development of HR programs, practices, and policies
• Facilitates strong communication among employees and management
• Guides managers and employees on problem solving, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation
• Act as an advisor for highly complex cases where additional considerations need to be made and to provide those recommendations that mitigate risk
• Works closely with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
• Oversees and/or develops strategic HR training programs for management and employees
• Provides oversight and guidance on the identification, analysis, and resolution of human resources related issues
• Champions diversity, inclusion and equity
• Evaluates and recommends improvements for the organization's HR programs, procedures and practices
• Maintains responsibility for organizational compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
• Communicates changes in organizational personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed
• Coordinates and/or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation
• Provides knowledge in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations
• Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
• Updates, monitors and maintains salary/wage adjustments based on evaluations and merit
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 years of management experience in human resource functions to include employee relations, recruitment, talent development
• Hospital HR Management Experience Highly Preferred
• Strong leadership skills as well as effective consultative skills, high integrity and sound business judgment
• Experience with organization development in a fast paced environment
• Experience with Joint Commission Preferred 
• Experience with ADP Enterprise and Kronos preferred 
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Salary Min-$80,000 Mid-$90,000
