USLI is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Direct Bill) Near Wayne, PA

Essential Functions:

Make outgoing telephone calls to policyholders to retain policies pending cancellation for non-payment of premium, accurately document and maintain our internal call log in a timely and descriptive manner, refer callers to appropriate parties as necessary, and project a professional, enthusiastic, and caring attitude.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the direct bill refund team with daily research and application of funds. Contact our directly appointed agents or policyholders for replacement funds on returned payments.


Specific Skills:

Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, a service mindset, and good problem-solving abilities. Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are necessary. The candidate must be assertive, organized, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience

  • Accounting and/or customer service experience preferred

Public Job Description:

USLI is seeking an individual to work in its accounting department to make outgoing phone calls to policyholders to retain our business. This individual will also assist the direct bill refund team with daily research and application of funds. Candidates must be able to project the “USLI Experience” by providing excellent service through telephone and online communication and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a positive, friendly attitude, a high service mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience working within an accounting department or in a customer service position. The individual best suited for this position should be assertive, organized, have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
