We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Tasker Management Specialist (N4S) to work out of Pentagon.

Tasker Management Specialist (N4S) reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Installations and Logistics) (OPNAV N4). N4S serves as the clearing house and coordinating authority for all taskers (Navy, Defense Department, and Congressional) and Navy issuances requiring coordination within N4. N4S requires contractor support to assist with the identification, routing, and tracking of all taskers received by N4. This resource will serve as a liaison between N4 and the N4 divisions, as well as to external Navy contacts (e.g., staff members in Director Navy Staff and Secretary of the Navy) for all matters related to N4 correspondence, directives, awards, and staffing needs. The resource will also learn how to generate data and reports from the authoritative databases used by N4.

Essential Duties:

• Track taskers for compliance with timelines and workload analysis.
• Identify new taskers and direct them to the appropriate N4 representative/branch; track taskers routed through N4.
• Serve as liaison to the N4 Front Office for all matters related to N4 correspondence, directives and awards: updates, routing, tracking, etc.
• Review and edit all packages for grammar and correct formatting.
• Generate data and reports from the authoritative databases used by N4.
• Enable and train new users on how to use authoritative databases.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' administrative experience performing similar duties for DOD or Civilian customers.
• Ability to learn the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS).
• Ability to learn how to generate data and reports from the authoritative databases used by N4.
• Ability to learn relevant formatting in the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual.
• Strong Microsoft Office application skills.
• Ability to multitask and, if necessary, use critical thinking to rapidly re-prioritize and problem-solve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience using a tasker management system similar to ETMS.

Education/ Certification:

• Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
