POSITION: Graduate Assistant - Testing and Proctoring Services

REPORTS TO: Director of Academic & Auxiliary Services

NORMAL WORK AREA: Testing Center

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Experience with the Google Suite is preferred.

* Computer, scanner/printer literate.

* Experience with the ADA community is preferred.

* Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Verbal communication is effective and clear.

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

* Ability to work well alone, as part of a team, or one-on-one with ADA students.

* Detail oriented.

DUTIES AND OTHER JOB RELATED ACTIVITIES:

* Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of student and instructional information.

* Interact with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

* Assist with activities, planning, and implementation of program activities.

* Update and maintain databases for student tracking information.

* Use Jenzabar to remove student account holds.

* File and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports.

* Email correspondence.

* Assist in general office coordination.

* Proctor, scribe, and read exams for ADA students in the Testing Center.

* Be familiar with scheduling appointments via Google Calendar.

* Other duties as assigned.

OTHER:

* Must be currently enrolled as an SEU graduate student.

* Will be required to work summers.
