The University at Albany, State University of New York, a growing, diverse, Research-1 university seeks an experienced, strategic leader to serve as the Executive Director of University Auxiliary Services at Albany, Inc. (UAS). A 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, UAS, invests in and provides services to enhance the educational, research, learning and living experiences of the University at Albany community.
The Executive Director will prioritize student success, diversity and inclusion, internationalization, engagement and service and sustainability in securing and managing local and national contracts for dining services, bookstore, and related services with a team of 12 dedicated professionals and a budget of $41 million. The Executive Director is also responsible for contracts related to financial custodial and/or payroll and benefits administrative services along with management of the Corporation and overseeing related facility renovations, construction projects, and equipment purchasing.
The successful candidate will provide long-range strategic planning for financial, operational, marketing and facility development and foster a culture of excellence through measurable goals and assessment.
While UAS offices are located at University at Albany, positions are neither a New York State nor a SUNY position.
