USADA is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Colorado, CO

JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for managing and servicing relationships with global partners in sports and anti-doping to support clean sport. Providing superior customer service to clients requires attention to detail and is an integral part of USADA successfully achieving its mission. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in managing USADA's Client Services Outlook inbox and phone lines
  • Provide prompt and superior customer service to USADA clients by promptly and professionally answering inquiries and requests from clients (mainly via email). 
  • Data management support, including entry of doping control forms and information into various databases within specified deadlines.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of mailings and correspondence to clients regarding drug testing paperwork
  • Assist in compiling and reviewing data for client and team reporting purposes
  • Assignment of test missions to USADA Doping Control Officers (DCOs) on behalf of clients and in compliance with the USADA Client Services team’s standard operating procedures for such assignments. 
  • Regular proactive communication with USADA clients in support of the USADA-client relationship, including seeking information from clients,helping to set and manage client expectations for USADA’s provision of services, and collecting post-service feedback. 
  • Participate in client discovery and introductory calls to assess new client needs.
  • Generate and provide cost quotes to clients for testing.
  • Provide presence at client site visits and events when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding staffing and testing assignments. 
  • Draft agreements for client testing for internal review.
  • Coordinates with the finance department to ensure the proper billing of drug testing missions.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities and approaches to Client Services operations that can increase the efficiency of services and reduce costs. 
  • Demonstrate innovation by suggesting ways to improve existing processes and projects to streamline and enhance operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Associate or Bachelor’s in a business administration-related field, preferred or equivalent and applicable experience.
  • Experience in a customer service setting, preferred. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience managing customer relationships.

  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in a process driven, competitive environment and pays close attention to detail.

Moderate proficiency in MS Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
