Lead Product Analyst (L5)

The Lead Product Analyst plays a key role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, assisting the Squad Lead in the growth and support of a product team. You will nurture the team's skills through career coaching, and work with senior client stakeholders to deliver remarkable products.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Demonstrable experience in a Senior Analyst or Product Management role with extensive Product experience from discovery to delivery.
• Advanced knowledge on agile delivery and how to apply it to transformation journeys at an organizational level with the ability to bring others on board.
• Strong experience of stakeholder management. You’ll have the understanding and ability to deal with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain the why behind decisions being made.
• The ability to act as a point of escalation for delivery and team challenges.

• Experience of leadership responsibilities with good coaching and training experience.
• Evidence of being an expert in product delivery and working as the go-to person in with your wider team and stakeholders and can demonstrate commercial awareness.
