Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Leads the forecast and close processes to support the Marketing, CREWS and Supply Chain Functions for Administrative spending. Deliver consolidated admin forecast and reporting; performs monthly close responsibilities and provides management with accurate business results and analysis to support decision making and spending prioritization; leads initiatives to improve processes in admin forecasting and reporting. In this role, you will: Deliver accurate admin forecast for Marketing, CREWS and Supply Chain functions, including annual budget and quarterly forecast updates. Provide variance analytics to senior management. Complete monthly and quarterly close for assigned functions. Report performance versus forecast and identify key drivers of variances. Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver results and meet functional admin objectives. Support the functional teams in tracking and achieving admin targets. Complete ad hoc analysis to help functional leaders. Support total company admin analytics, reporting and consolidation process for close and forecast. Submit results to Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting teams. Initiate and implement process improvements for Admin reporting. Provide coaching and training to increase the skills and technical knowledge of one direct report. What we look for: Experience 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience. identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast. Strong knowledge of general accounting theory including journal entries and financial statements Strong financial analysis skills. SAP knowledge strongly. MS Office suite. Skills Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role. Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership. Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions. Ability to prioritize and manage workload for self and direct report. Passion for developing a direct report's skills and building team engagement.
