Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Plant Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations including benefits and leave administration. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. In this role, you will: Essential Functions, Duties &Responsibilities: Facilities plant employee enrollment and participation in group health plans. Administers leave of absence program for plant production employees. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Conducts new hire orientations. Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds to applicants at the end of the recruiting process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Plant HR Manager Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Files documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Prepares new-employee files. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300 –Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000 –Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
