Customer Experience Data Specialist

The Customer Experience Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing customer setups and maintaining accurate data within our integrated enterprise system (SAP).

This includes onboarding new customers, processing credits, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to address account setup issues and maintain data integrity.

Create and maintain customer master partnerships and related data following established structures and pricing hierarchies.

Process requests for new accounts and updates to existing accounts promptly and accurately.

Review, validate, and post customer Vistex lists to ensure alignment with sales organization criteria.

Set up and maintain sales representative and manager relationships in SAP, including approval hierarchies.

Utilize various tools to analyze data and ensure data quality.

Investigate customer accounts in SAP to resolve any issues related to partnership functionality.

Validate and communicate customer account changes to support staff and field associates.

Adhere to detailed procedures and best practices within the team and across multiple sales organizations.

Assist in the development and maintenance of data integrity tools and applications.

Provide requested information such as W-9s and credit references.

Process vendor documents and lien releases.

Review credit memos for accuracy and completeness before routing for approval.

Correspond with requesters to address issues before processing credits.

Utilize expertise to research and correct errors resulting in credit issuance.

Demonstrate knowledge of contract pricing, order processing, and SAP functionality to resolve customer issues effectively.

Support and communicate master data standards, processes, and policies to internal associates.

Assist customers utilizing invoice voicemail and email inquiries, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company operations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Are you a MATCH?

High school diploma / GED required; associate's degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of office experience, preferably with customer-facing activities.

Previous experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and G Suite preferred.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Self-motivated and resourceful problem solver.

Analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

Excellent organizational and team-building skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable adapting to changing environments and priorities.

Ability to train others and handle difficult situations professionally.

Basic physical demands including prolonged computer use.
