Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Responsible for leading forecast, close and gap management activities for Better Health VMS business unit as well as various levels of support across the P&A and Cost teams. In this role, you will: - Lead the close, forecast and gap management process for the Better Health VMS business unit, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables with clear & concise analysis of business drivers, challenge assumptions and methodologies, identify risks and profit improvement opportunities, and drive accuracy in financial results. - Lead & develop a team of one Assistant Finance Manager by setting realistic expectations, accurately evaluating employee performance, providing ongoing candid feedback, and encouraging an environment of diversity and inclusion. - Lead the team during the implementation of Project Elevate (Anaplan implementation and SAP S/4 Hana.) - Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills. - Proven ability to improve processes, champion change, build partnerships and influence decisions Identification and implementation of sustainable process improvement and value creation opportunities that eliminate non-value added work, enhance business insights, and improve our financial results. - Maintain a strong internal control environment by documenting key activities and ensuring appropriate DOAs are followed. - Provide decision support to business partners and leadership by identifying and communicating the key assumptions, opportunities, and risks of proposals through the development of pro-forma P&L projections & DCF valuations for owned projects. - Additional Ad-hoc work as it arises.
