Reimagine What’s Possible Job Description As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will work with customers and our internal teams to deliver products on time while maintaining a commitment to safety and sustainability. You will be responsible for the control and administration of shipments, documents, communications, and payment presentations under letters of credit. Responsibilities Coordinate the logistics and shipping control of domestic and international orders. Coordinate the instructions for transportation documents, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists and any shipping documentation associated with each shipment. Communicate with International Customers, Forwarders, and Carriers to ensure timely delivery of product. Updates complete shipment information for tracking and team performance management. Review documentation for completion. Interacts with appropriate personnel both within and outside the company in processing logistics and/or credit and payment activity. Ensures all documents are sent to finance institutions and/or customers to secure payment for shipments. Skills Required Strong conflict resolution, relationship management and communication skills Attention to detail. Takes initiative to understand and improve processes. Works collaboratively internally and externally. High level of professionalism. Works well with minimal supervision; self-directed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Logistics 3 years of experience within a trade environment with general exposure to export operations. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight forwarding and export terminology. Knowledge of general inventory operating systems.
