Your Role: Credit Analyst The job holder is responsible for a range of duties: analyzing accounts for risk levels, credit limits, purchase order requirements, proper coding and making informed credit decisions based on the Credit Policy. This individual will be responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable dollars within the US Pet Health Veterinary Channel, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. The job holder will ensure consistent, professional customer engagement while adhering to global and local directives and diligent focus on critical internal KPI’s. This individual will have the ability to travel as required by company policy for meet weeks located at our Corporate Headquarters in Indiana. Your Responsibilities: Review accounts for collection efforts in line with department policies and procedure. Make outbound collection calls/emails in a professional manner while maintaining and even improving customer relations. Receive inbound calls to process customer payments and to collect in accordance with payment due dates and department KPI’s. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and escalate with management as appropriate. Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. Produce monthly reporting for our corporate accounts using BO Reports in SAP S4 Hanna. Review customer emails and respond within 24 hours providing white glove service to our customers. Review and process customer disputes in accordance with department policy and guidelines. Analysis of accounts to determine if qualified shipments can be sent to the customer in accordance with department policy and guidelines. Setting up new customer accounts with proper coding and requirements in accordance with department policy and guidelines. Promoting, using, and understanding and having the ability to assist our customers with anything to do with the Billtrust website. Using and understanding our bank portal, reference portal, SAP and the T-Code Functions. Processing vendor references. Submitting accounts for Final Demand and Write Off in accordance with department policy and guidelines. Reviewing accounts for credit balances and making decisions on what to do with those credit balances in accordance with department policy and guidelines. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): BA or BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field 3-5 Years of related experience preferred Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Able to prioritize and plan daily work activities Knowledge in operating in SAP Software system preferred, Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrated initiative and ability to solve problems Additional Information: Travel: Occasional travel to customer quarterly business review meetings, some overnight travel may be required; 0-10% annually Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Additional hours during peak times may be needed Don’t meet every single requirement?
