Your role at Clorox: As Senior Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and are a critical day-to-day partner to them in addition to supporting other senior executives. You serve as the face of the company and are an extension of the leaders you support, so your role in reinforcing our purpose and values is critical and visible. You anticipate the needs of your leader and their teams. You have a wide range of responsibilities from routine administrative to very complex, and often work independently to resolve operational and administrative roadblocks. You are adaptable to ongoing change and can pivot quickly. In addition to being organized, you apply excellent communication skills and good judgment as you interact with people at all levels internally as well as key external stakeholders (e.g., Board of Directors, investors, customers, and consumers). You are also seen as a leader among the other Administrative Assistants and help guide and mentor the group. In this role, you will: Manage complex calendars and schedules, book and arrange travel, including complex and detailed itineraries, complete expenses reports, etc. Help maximize the time of the CEO in alignment with her priorities, ensure schedule is followed and respected Communicate directly with key leaders, stakeholders both internal and external on behalf of the CEO Prepare and/or review key, and often confidential and/or time-sensitive, correspondence including presentation decks and materials Organize events and meetings from concept to execution Coordinate and plan all logistics related to Board of Director meetings, and be present at these meetings (which could include travel) to address needs that arise during the meeting Play a lead role with the Administrative Assistant group and mentor new members as well as be the voice for continuous improvement in approach and processes Build relationships and camaraderie among the team and influence without authority and serve as a role model Special projects, as assigned ( could include travel, e.g., for Investor days). Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and responsiveness with exceptional attention to detail and bias for continuous improvement Professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Composure, good judgment, and the ability to find solutions Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with ability to build relationships quickly and influence without authority across diverse people (broadly defined) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Critical thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges while being adaptable and flexible, able to pivot quickly with the appropriate sense of urgency Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, and technologies with a growth mindset What we look for: Must have experience supporting CEO 8 years of administrative assistant experience Bechelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience organizing meetings and events Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Outlooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with modern technology (e.g., Zoom, video conferencing, in-room collaboration tools, etc. Workplace type: Hybrid We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
