Job Description:

• The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Atlassian suite of products not limited to Confluence, Jira (Software & JSM) and Trello. As a new tool in the client toolset, Atlassian will be used to improve workflows and processes.
• The administrator will assist with these in addition to helping train users on how to use the various Atlassian applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Admins and Users to support creation, modification of projects, workflows, spaces, schemes, filters, and dashboards Train team(s) on Atlassian functionality, use cases, and configuration.
• Work with other Atlassian Admins for triaging support requests, and Atlassian tasks such testing & documenting Add-Ons or Integrations
• Work with the Atlassian Engineering team(s) to transition Atlassian Support Requirements to SaaS team(this role). Maintain Atlassian Instance Administration Tasks: Backups, Updates, Changes Create Training Documentation, Videos, and host Q&A sessions for Atlassian Products Provide Executive Level Support and Training to early adopters of Atlassian Products

Experience:

• 3 years administering Jira and Confluence in the cloud.
• 2 years administering Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk)
• 1 years of Project Management and/or Scrum experience
• Working with common Atlassian plugins such as ScriptRunner, Github or Xray.
• Understanding of ITIL Framework, Agile practices & Application Security Excellent Communication skills
• Atlassian Certified Cloud Professional (ACP-420, ACP-120) Working knowledge of Cloud based technologies.
• Knowledge and experience using Atlassians REST APIs. Experience with Okta & Workspace integrations.
