Job Title : Procurement Agent

Job Description :

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• More than year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than years of experience in Supplier Management / Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.
• More than years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations.
• More than years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• Experience resolving errors between supply chain systems such as GOLD, Mechanized Spares Management System (MSMS), Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP(HANA).

Education :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education ( Bachelor) and typically or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience ( Master years' related work experience, years' related work experience, etc.).
