Serves as Counselor in the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) on legal matters, as assigned by the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel. Provides timely, accurate, and useful advice on legal matters, as assigned by the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel. Researches and drafts legal memoranda, policies, regulations, and procedures, as assigned by the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel. Assists with legal issues related to human resources, ethics, contracting, and other areas of administrative law. Assists OGC with supporting litigation, agreement, and record responsibilities. Answers legal questions diligently and thoroughly. Other duties as assigned.
