Job Description:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives. As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and help them make the switch to a more sustainable lifestyle. We want to hear from you if you're enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated to make a positive impact!

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
  • Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
  • Educate customers on solar energy's financial and environmental benefits, including potential savings on electricity bills and available incentives.
  • Prepared and presented proposals and quotes to prospective customers, clearly articulating the value proposition of US Power Solar Company's products and services.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers to address questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation and provide ongoing customer support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
