About The Opportunity Perform the daily set up and operation of the powder coat machine, and oven. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Place items or products on racks for powder coating and remove and place on carts. Inspect finishes of workpieces or finished products to ensure conformance to quality standards. Load and unload items from machines or assist machine operators. Clean and maintain powder coat equipment. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities. Contribute to a team effort. Maintain a safe and clean work space. Other duties as assigned.
