Experienced Production Associate WORK IS IN GREER OFF HWY 101. Metal Fab/Production Plant (ovens to melt products give off HEAT). Must be able to work in HIGH HEAT year round. Physically
IN OFFICE TESTING REQUIRED! Excellent math skills including the ability to understand fractions, decimals, and reading rulers and other measuring tools. You need to be able to read a tape measure easily and must have machine operating experience to be considered. This is a physically demanding role. Steel-toed boots are required. Overtime can be required as well.
FIRM ATTENDANCE POLICY. You must have a valid Drivers license and your own reliable vehicle to be considered.
Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test and 7-year national criminal background check.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Load materials into machines and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience operating stamping press or similar machinery preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software for programming and design purposes
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate measurements
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar software for tooling design
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components is a plus
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
