About The Opportunity Responsible for inspection and audits of products to ensure alignment with quality standards. Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction. 1. Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required in a welding environment 2. Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership. 3. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all proper personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order). 4. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software. 5. Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department. 6. Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities. 7. Maintain a safe and clean workspace. Other duties as assigned. Two companies, one vision.
