Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team in . As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various projects. This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in CAD software and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Revit, and Civil 3D
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate schematics and blueprints
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements
- Utilize NavisWorks and MicroStation for project coordination and clash detection
- Participate in design reviews and provide input for improvements
- Assist in the build and assembly of prototypes or mock-ups as needed
- Maintain organized files and records of all design work

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and NavisWorks
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve design issues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of 2D animation is a plus
