Job Description:
The Human Resources Administrative Support will provide administrative support to one or more human resources functions completing various tasks related to compensation, benefits, training, payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and will compile statistics for various HR management reports. May conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references and respond to routine questions on HR policy. The position reports to the Vice President of Human Capital.

Expected Performance:
Employee will have the ability to work independently, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee will be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a personal and effective manner. Will represent the company mission, vision and values and assist with maintaining and continuing to build upon the company culture
Job Requirements:
B. A or B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
HRCI PHR or SHRM CP Certification
3 years Management or other proven HR experience
Limited but may be required on occasion
