IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT
The Ideal Candidate has experience working with attorneys or in a legal or professional environment providing legal assistance for the electronic case processing workflow.
Candidates should have experience composing and formatting documents which are legal in nature and ability to perform basic research as required.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To be qualified for this position at the GS-07 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Program Support Assistant (OA) at the GS-07.

TYPING PROFICIENCY

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENT :
Applicants must meet time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible.
One year of experience at the GS-06 grade level or equivalent grade level of federal service is required to qualify for the GS-07 grade level.
