Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor - Drive Excellence in Die Casting and Secondary Operations!

Are you ready to lead a team to new heights in precision manufacturing? We're seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee our die cast machines, trim presses, and related equipment. As a key player in our operations, you'll have the chance to demonstrate your expertise in basic quality checks, documentation, and adherence to safety regulations. If you're passionate about achieving production excellence and enjoy leading a team to success, this opportunity is for you!

Starting Pay: $75,000

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30am - 3:30pm (overtime as required)

Sign-On Bonus: $250 after your first 60 and 90 days of employment

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee Production: Manage die cast, secondary operations, and melt processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Drive Efficiency: Implement standardized work instructions and procedures, continuously monitoring and improving production performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead and participate in troubleshooting techniques for die casting and secondary equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate data entry, precise production documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and train a team of Supervisors and production Associates, promoting quality and safety standards.
  • Safety Champion: Promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Five (5) years of related supervisory experience in casting, secondary operations, melting, and safety techniques.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills and forklift operation (certification provided if needed).
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage production personnel, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to address production issues and drive continuous improvement.
