POSITION SCOPE: The Production Supervisor is responsible for assigning cast and secondary resources based on published schedules and priorities. Is responsible for overall conformance to all processes including die casting, secondary, and metal standards. Monitors and continuously works to improve daily production outputs in accordance to targeted efficiencies. Leads, motivates and trains a team of Supervisors and production Associates, promoting quality and safety standards. Works to continuously improve all outputs related to die casting and secondary production. Ensures the health and safety of all Associates.
