PAY RANGE: 65-85/hour
LOCATION: San Jose, CA (Hybrid Remote)
DURATION: 4 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Product management for the Personalization team to help with identifying, managing, documenting, and coordinating new feature asks that are received by the team. This role has more of an execution focus as the strategic prioritization is already handled by other PMs on the team.
- Requirements will be gathered in either JIRA or in a Wiki. The role requires being able to communicate the business requirements and document findings with our Engineering team based in India. Should be able to create basic wireframes to convey the desired user experience (at a high level).
- Other duties include answering basic support questions from our end users, (via email, JIRA and Slack) and editing exiting help documentation in Wordpress
- Product Management, Project Management, Troubleshooting, Written and Verbal Documentation.
- Ability to work some non-business hours (2 hours in the evening, 2 days per week - usually Mondays and Tuesdays)
