Summary
We are looking for someone not only to be a solution/product evangelist to our customers but also to be the voice of the customer to our internal team members. You will start with the initial customer engagement, understand their requirements, and carry the solution through development and deployment. You know how to drive the product and business planning process for our cross-functional teams. You analyze the customer needs, market trends, and any potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective. You have the skills to assess current competitors’ offerings and look for opportunities to differentiate. You are a stickler for timelines and work with the teams to ensure we are maintaining them. You look at new product ideas and are able to strategize the appropriate go-to-market plans.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $256,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
